Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of IT services by UmeeSoft to its clients.

Scope of Services

The agency will provide IT services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional services requested by the client will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

1. The client agrees to pay 25% of the total project cost as an advance payment upon signing the agreement.
2. The remaining balance will be payable in accordance with the milestones outlined in the project proposal.
3. All payments must be made within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the project secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the deliverables created by the agency. The agency retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

The agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. The total liability of the agency will not exceed the amount paid by the client under this agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Statement Policy

UmeeSoft will only entertain on our email infoumeesoft@gmail, another platform will not be entertained or visit our website, and we will not be responsible for another contract which is not done with us, we will take responsibility only our official medium.

Amendments

Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
